News:: Brand new Red Brolly Bag pattern...for all my sisters in stitching

6a0120a6769b0c970c017c36900372970b-800wi
Finally!!! Boy, this year has started off with a "BANG." I've finally got a brand new pattern which I'll be taking with me to the AQC this weekend in Melbourne. Remember, I'll be there on Friday and Saturday from 10am- 2 pm on the CheraBella Button stand (stand 165).

So are you ready for my new pattern? Those stitching friends on my Red Brolly facebook page have had a sneeky peek.....ready???

-1
It's a new bag pattern

I've called the bag "Sisters," and it's for all we love about our sisters, whether they are related or just your closest friend. A lovely shoulder bag, with plenty of room inside to put all our little treasures, with a sisters applique design on the front.

You like?

Here's a little something special. Are you coming to the AQC this weekend? As you know I'll be there, but what you don't know is that I'll be there with my new "Sisters" bag. I'll be taking photos over the course of the 2 days that I am there of you and your sister with my brand new bag. These photos will be placed on my blog in celebration of our "sisters." A lucky few will go on the back of the pattern cover, to be distributed worldwide!

Hope to see you there...oh, and if you're too far away to travel, I will be selling my brand new pattern for wholesale and retail in my Red Brolly shop from next week.

Hope to see you in Melbourne!

P.S if you miss me at the show, you'll probably find me hanging out in one of Melbourne's lovely little coffee shops or in one of its many shoe boutiques....!!!

Jolly Christmas Bags.

Bird Banner
Just as well I didn't book the overseas trip in anticipation of my Big Win on the Melbourne Cup yesterday.(sob!)

I certainly didn't have a bet on that one.  Ah well- always next year.

  How did you go yesterday?

Did anyone guess Green Moon as the winner of the Cup?

NBC bags-Mouse   This, I'm afraid, is an ad.

Time to pop off to get that cup of freshly brewed tea- or hang the washing on the line!

For those of us who didn't win big time on the horses- it's back to work as usual.  So- here are my two new Christmas patterns......

   Pattern 1-

NBC Bags- Cover

  And Pattern 2

Cover Santa's Pockets

Two easy to make bags to fill with goodies- and give as gifts, or use them to decorate your home at Christmas.

The patterns include all the instructions for making the bags- plus lots of diagrams ( I know- when do I sleep?) and....

each pattern has four different designs to applique or stitch for the front.

I just love the Nana Huchy dolls. Just had to have them!

.. And, if you need a special gift for a friend or family member that sews- there's the new Itty Bitty Bag to hold all those needful sewing things- scissors, pins, pattern and project!

It has a bag in the centre to keep the sewing you're working on - neat and clean.

It opens out, flat, so you can store sewing items in the inner pockets.

The Itty Bitty Bag comes with two different designs for the front- or back.

P.S. Don't forget- the final Christmas Sampler Give-away is coming up shortly!

Hi Everyone,

I simply must hack into Bronwyn's post and tell you all how gorgeous this quilt really is. She hasn't even described how perfectly sewn it is. I can't let it go by and not tell you that the stitching done by Bronwyn is so lovely. Each stitch is perfectly hand-sewn by her and is just divine. I wish that I could sew even just half as good as her. She poured over this quilt for months, working on each block for days, there is not one stitch out of place. Each tiny little stitch is exactly the same as the one before it. Bronwyn is such a perfectionist. This quilt has been appliqued and beautifully hand stitched by her. It truely is an heirloom piece and will make a wonderful addition to your Christmas display. You must enter as you will not be disappointed with this quilt.

Good luck!

Sanchia...oh, and sorry Bronwyn :-)
