Here It Is! -The Wish Quilt! Part One.
I know I've taken a while to get this on the Blog- but it's worth the wait!
Here it is! Finally- The Wish Quilt. Free to Download- well.... at least Part One. Then I'll put the rest up as I do it.
Not sure how many parts at this stage- but- we'll definitely have it all done before Christmas- this year!
Here it is in Homespun Magazine.
And photos of gorgeous quilts made by some of our Red Brolly friends-
I just love the way this one has been photographed-
The Materials List for the quilt is here:
Download Wish Quilt- P. 1-what you need
And the Layout for the Quilt is here:
Download Wish Quilt- Page 2- Layout
THe first stitchery, Santa, is here:
Download Wish Quilt-P.3-Block 1-Santa
I hope you like the quilt. If you've made it already- don't forget you can use the designs to decorate cushions, tablerunners placemats and more!
Of course photos of any finished items- or the quilt when you finish- would be greatly appreciated by all!
Just to give you an idea of the Wish Quilt in all its glory in a perfectly lovely Christmas setting- don't forget to have a quick peek at the Christmas in July post at Robertson in the Southern Highlands.
You can see the Wish Quilt in some of the photos at the Fountaindale Grand Manor.
Have a really good look at the Angels in the photos- the wings and one of the dresses were made of all these tiny little white feathered birds- they were absolutely gorgeous.
When the quilt wasn't being photographed- it was wrapped tightly around me - as it was absolutely freezing at Robertson. I was truly glad to have a quilt! Only pity was they don't make quilts for the feet!
As ever if you have any questions- please contact me by e-mail:
bronwyn@red-brolly.com
And of course there'll be more instalments of the quilt shortly- so keep checking back!

Such a gorgeous quilt! I really appreciate you sharing this Christmas quilt. I love the piecing, applique and stitchery. All my favorites! So anxious to get started.
