Step 3. Sucky Puff Instructions
::Along the edges of each circle, turn over 1/4" hem allowance to the wrong side of the fabric.
::Secure the thread, and sew around the edge of the circle with a running stitch. The best bit is that the stitches don't need to be neat, the big ones work better!
::When you have sewn all the way around the circle, pull the thread to gather the Sucky Puff and finish with a secure knot. The gathered edge is the front of the Sucky Puff.
